Everything was great, favourable location not far from all the parts of the tursist points as well as the train and Lufthansa bus station, ACCOMMODATING staff. Had a wonderful stay for two nights in our neat and airy room with all basic services. A safe, TV, coffee and tea making facilities were a huge plus.

The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and spacious, with a cozy bed and all necessary amenities; the staff was attentive and top-notch throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel was very central, close to Germany and France as well as supermarket and restaurants. I tried some drinks at wine bar Coco Lobo, located 5 minutes walk away. I had the classic queen room which was tidy and airy in glass in absence of an actual window. The cost was £ 103.

This was my second visit, I got a classic double room with all the essential amenities, and the location was fantastic, close to the river, train station, and Lufthansa bus stop.

very well located close by city centre and 3 minutes walk from train station, nice design, free wifi. Quite and clean.
the room was very warm and not possible to switch off the heat. Air conditioned didn't work. The bed was soft.

Fantastic location in walking distance to everything. I liked the tea and coffee making facilites. Our room had a Juliet balcony.
The public car park is quite a distance away though not the hotel's fault - parking is difficult in this city. The breakfast was fairly good but the room was a bit crowded.

The beautifully decorated rooms with a glass wall instead of a window were really nice.

All the rooms new looked for were small like this one, but it was perfect. Air conditioning kept the room nice during warm summer days. Staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean, romantic, and the best showers I've experienced in Europe. The staff always helped us and breakfast, while expensive at 16 Euroes was real nice. Strasbourg was a real surprise with amazing food & sites. Great for a romantic couples get away.
Breakfast could be priced better, but it was a very nice offering.

Nice renovated and clean rooms. The rooms are small but efficient. Good location, next to the city centre, restaurants and attractions.
It is difficult to find personnel to help you. Noise street at night (bars nearby).

Stylish and spacious modern unit in a convenient central location, just a short 10-15 minute walk from Rohan Palace.

Cramped and dingy rooms - no reason to do this to yourself.

Great position, at walking distance to the Petit France district, the cathedral and the shopping area.
